The kitchen inside Mickey’s Country House is not just being refurbished but has been entered into a contest.  Apparently Donald and Goofy have entered Mickey’s Toontown Fair’s Kitchen Remodeling Contest.  I wonder what the other entries look like…

Super Toon Plant Food!

Today I return back to Walt Disney World until at least January.  Hopefully I will be able to explore the parks before my new job starts and bring back more substance to the site.  In the meantime, I hope you enjoyed the small adventure around Mickey’s Toontown Fair.  The past few posts that were apart of “Super Toon Plant Food” were taken inside Minnie’s Country House.  The flowers are in the back of the house and I believe some of the best imagineering you will find in all of Mickey’s Toontown Fair.  The past few post were the less appreciated flowers, given their low placement in a contest.  In the future, I hope to showcase some of Minnie’s better creations.

As mentioned in my post yesterday, Mickey, Goofy, and Donald seem to be distracting themselves.  Not sure if it’s from the work in the kitchen or their game in the rec room that shows Mickey leading with a score of 25.

Addendum: Disney’s Longest Refurbishment

The plans have been set and the gang seems to be fixing the kitchen while they part from a game of ping-pong in the rec room.  After a few years, the paint on the ground seems permanent and the basic grocery list has become the norm.  With everything cheese on the menu, the gang has little to want for except a bone for Pluto as they hopefully plow through these last few steps of rejuvenating the room.
