If in the Magic Kingdom at three o’clock, be sure to stop by Main Street USA, Liberty Square, or Frontierland to catch A Dream Come True parade.
Luckily Pinocchio is there to remind you of the time as his float comes through the parade toward the front.

Either walking toward Cinderella’s Castle as you enter the park or counting the seconds till the 3 o’ clock parade, this clock on the Emporium side of Main Street USA is there to keep you in track.

This one is simple. The Emporium Gallery has an existence of 1901. This is the year that Walter Elias Disney was born. His exact birthday is December 5, 1901.

One of my clock finds that I got really excited about is inside the Disney Clothiers on Main Street U.S.A. I enjoy the clocks inside stores that are meant as decoration yet operate properly. As you can see here, I ducked into the store just after the three o’clock parade.

This is one of the initial clocks that began my search around the parks. While watching the glass blower in the back of the Crystal Arts store on Main Street USA, I saw this old clock. Not only is this time impossible, but I can’t imagine it being set for any specific purpose. If anyone has an idea, please let me know.

For this series, I am going to try to focus on the numbers on different attractions and buildings within the Walt Disney World Resort that correlate to important dates in the parks’ history. I am going to start was a big focus on 1971, the year the Magic Kingdom opened, and build from there.
The first in the series is Engine Co. 71 located on the right side of Main Street USA after you pass under the Walt Disney World Railroad.
